4. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate and truthful information

Some services may not be suitable for severe psychiatric emergencies

Tazkiyah reserves the right to refer clients to external services if necessary

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Sessions must be booked in advance

Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be communicated at booking

Missed sessions without notice may be charged (if applicable)

6. Payments

Payments must be completed before sessions

Available payment methods may include bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or card

Fees are subject to change and will be clearly communicated

7. Therapist-Client Relationship

Therapy effectiveness depends on honest participation

Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual

Therapists maintain professional boundaries at all times

8. Psychiatric Consultations

Psychiatric services are provided only when clinically required

Medication decisions remain solely with the psychiatrist

Tazkiyah does not promote unnecessary medication use

9. User Responsibilities

You agree:

To use services respectfully and honestly

Not to misuse the platform or harass staff

Not to record sessions without consent

10. Limitation of Liability

Tazkiyah is not liable for:

Outcomes of therapy decisions

Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

Actions taken by users outside therapy sessions
